this machine was originally MFG by G&E in 1997. the machine was extended and
re-manufactured with new extended base and x-axis ballscrew and special heads
were purchased to handle the larger diameter gears . additional hydraulic
steadies were also added to assist in supporting all the additional weight with
cutting larger diameter gears . machine maintains quality 10 agma when gashing
large diameter gears
