LIEBHERR - CNC-Control Model LH 90GG is a further developed PC/NC version and
designed specifically for the gear manufacturing. The Operator interface is
extremely operator friendly, and shows also error diagnostics in order to
insure a high production rate. Equipped with various grinding programs.

Features
·Automatic and contactless tooth meshing device to adjust the Grinding tool
into the tooth gap.
-A completely new grinding concept allows the use of CBN grinding worms
and CBN grinding discs on the same Grinding tool, therefore two two grinding
methods can be utilized:

a. Generating grinding method using worm wheels ( for mass production)

b. Profile Grinding for high precision machining of small to medium batch production

c. Combination of both methods = roughing by using the grinding worm and finishing
using the profile disk insures highest accuracy.

· High Speed grinding spindle up to 10.000 rpm/ 70 ms, spindle is cooled
for thermal stability.

· Automatic Workpiece handling system includes a two station ringloader
which is mounted on the counter bracket combined with a buffer conveyor
make FLEX LINK outside of the machining area.

· Hydraulic Workpiece Clamping device but without clamping fixtures.
Tailstockslide is available and hydraulically adjustable

· complete workarea protection with one sliding door. Separate
CO 2 Fire extinguisher
